We offer competitive rates, normally up to 12% annualized interest on your principal, and we also offer alternative methods to keep your capital working, like joint partnerships and equity shares. We can put together a game-plan that makes sense for your particular strategy, whether it be short-term, long-term or somewhere in the middle.
All investment transactions are professionally handled by our escrow and title partners. And ALL investments are secured by a trust deed on the property we are purchasing and remodeling.
At the completion of each project the principal investment will be returned along with a payment for all accrued interest, as well as any negotiated ‘points’ and equity share.
Dave Berens Real Estate can put your retirement funds to work for you as well. We work closely with custodial companies who will help you initiate a Self-Directed IRA or 401K account, ensuring you always have control and flexibility with your retirement capital as well as your short-term capital.
